Each piece price = (gold weight × live rate for its purity) + making charges + gemstone value. Rates refresh every 5 minutes from international spot markets, converted to INR.
Is the gold BIS hallmarked?+
Yes. Every gold piece above 2 grams carries BIS 916 or 750 hallmarking with a certificate in your package.
Can I visit the atelier?+
Absolutely. Book a private viewing through our contact page. Walk-ins welcome Tue–Sat, 11am–7pm IST.
Do you ship internationally?+
We ship to 40+ countries with full insurance and tracking. Duties may apply depending on your region.
What is your return policy?+
14-day returns on unworn pieces in original packaging. Custom and engraved items are final sale.
Can I resize rings?+
One complimentary resize within 30 days of purchase. Additional resizes are charged at making-cost only.
